2. Nature of Service & AI Tutoring
Oulo provides interactive voice conversation practice powered by advanced AI models, offering:
- Live voice conversations for speaking practice anytime.
- Real-time contextual grammar and pronunciation corrections.
- Smart history logs with transcripts, explanations, and vocabulary.
3. Subscriptions, CliQ Payments & Cancellation
• Free Trial: Every new user is entitled to one free full trial call without providing payment details upfront.
• Subscriptions: Weekly passes (from $5/week) provide daily speaking quotas refreshed every day at 00:00 GMT.
• Payment Methods: Payments are currently accepted via CliQ via WhatsApp support (+962 7 9009 1898), with credit/debit card support coming soon.
• Instant Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or lock-in periods.
4. Acceptable Use
The platform must be used strictly for language learning purposes. Transmitting abusive content, attempting to reverse engineer the system, or abusing speaking quotas is strictly prohibited.

All trademarks, designs, algorithms, and interface elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Oulo.
