- 24/7 live full-duplex AI voice calls with natural interruption capability without typing.
- Instant real-time contextual grammar and pronunciation corrections during voice calls.
- Levels Roadmap Track: Structured step-by-step curriculum guided by the AI tutor to eliminate topic hesitation and track completed milestones.
- Roleplay Mode: Interactive scenario simulation where the AI plays the counterpart (interviewer, customer, colleague) with live real-time mistake correction.
- Native Language Bridging: Ability to speak terms in your native language when stuck, allowing the AI to understand and provide the correct English equivalent.
- Instant text and term translation tool with a dedicated daily character quota for each plan to understand difficult words and hear their pronunciation.

3. Subscription Plans & Detailed Pricing (Weekly & Monthly USD)
Oulo offers recurring weekly or monthly subscriptions providing daily voice call minutes and dedicated instant translation character quotas refreshed every 24 hours at 00:00 GMT. All official pricing tiers are denominated in US Dollars (USD):
• Free Trial: Every new user is entitled to a free 5-minute trial call to evaluate the service before any subscription.
4. Payment Processing, Renewals & Plan Upgrades
• Payment & Plan Activation: Weekly and monthly subscription options are available. To subscribe, users contact our official support email to receive a direct and secure payment link. Account access and daily quotas are activated immediately upon payment with zero hidden fees.
• Upgrades & Early Payments: If a user upgrades their plan or pays in advance before their current period expires, the new plan duration begins immediately from the exact time and date of payment, and is not appended to or accumulated onto the prior cycle end date.
5. Automatic Expiration & Cancellation Policy
• Automatic Cancellation Without Invoicing: If payment is not renewed at the end of the billing period (weekly or monthly), the plan cancels automatically. Users do not need to contact support to cancel, and no future fees or obligations apply.
• Full Period Access: You retain full access to your daily minutes and translations until the very end of your active paid period.
6. Acceptable Use
The platform must be used strictly for language learning purposes. Transmitting abusive content, attempting to reverse engineer the system, or abusing speaking quotas is strictly prohibited.
7. AI Capabilities & Educational Disclaimer
Oulo utilizes advanced generative artificial intelligence to deliver an immersive spoken English practice environment. The platform functions as an educational language training aid. While we strive for high precision in corrections and grammar explanations, users acknowledge that AI-generated responses may occasionally contain minor inaccuracies. Oulo does not confer formal academic degrees or professional certifications.
